You cant get the r-gift card to work on PRIME or their website cannot even speak to an actual person, I wouldnt rate you ONE STAR like I said in my email if my granddaughter didnt want these particular shoes believe me I would of been done ordered from another company and would of paid double the price as long as I didnt have to deal with this company Angry

Promotional offer

I received in an email a 25 percent offer, but when I go to the link the promotional offer is not given -at the time of checkout. Not sure why I received the email when it doesnt even give you a code to type in at checkout to receive the 25 percent discount.
